This program will provide estate planning professionals with fundamental tools for identifying a client’s copyright assets; for distinguishing between copyrights and copies as distinct assets of the estate; for understanding the various methods and requirements for transfer of copyright ownership; and for appreciating the copyright termination right as a vitally important consideration in the estate planning process.
