Ordering

If you buy one or two books, the flat fee for shipping will be $8.50. That amount will be calculated automatically when you check out via PayPal.

If you buy more than two books, it’s in your best interest for us to have a chat about shipping. Many bookstores, for example, prefer that we use their existing carrier accounts. You might have another preference. We’ll work with you to use the carrier of your choice, so you can get the best rates. We’ll prepare a manual invoice for you through PayPal, reflecting both the books and whatever shipping you’ve chosen.
