Photographers don’t have to be lawyers. But lawyers who represent photographers need to understand copyright. And many do not.

This presentation will provide photographers with bullet points for discussion with their estate planning professionals. We’ll keep it as clear and conversational as possible, so don’t stay home because you think it will be too technical or boring. (Estate planners might be boring but copyright lawyers are not — we’ll have fun!) And you’ll leave with tools for working more productively with those who will be crafting the plan for the future of your work.
